Shipping & Return Policy

100% satisfaction is our goal. If you’re not happy with your order in any way, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be lightly used (over half full). 

 

To complete your return:

Email contact@alternaterootorganics.com and let us know why you want to return the product. 

Pack up the item(s) in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).

Include a copy of your packaging slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Order confirmation number

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 7 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Shipping

To return your product, you will mail your product to the return address provided to you in our email response.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
